Verdict
Simply Ned and Nuts Well have won this in the past but both finished behind the winner Mcgroarty in last year’s renewal. The former pair return to action while the latter was pulled-up at Fontwell last month having earlier finished a long way behind HATCHER when the latter won at Southwell in July. Dan Skelton’s charge is 6lb higher today but has now won four of his eight starts over fences and there looks more to come. Cracking Destiny has improved for the step up to 2m4f and scored easily at Perth recently while Aye Right won a novice chase at Newcastle early in the year and is preferred to Return Ticket of the remainder.
