Verdict

MORNING ROYALTY is upped 5lb for winning at Carlisle last month but James Moffat's charge scored by eight lengths on that occasion and can continue his good progress up against today's modest opposition. Gold Opera has struggled since winning at Newcastle in December and Quick Decisson's earlier second came in a lower grade chase at Ayr. Spanish Fleet has the past form to figure but has been well beaten in both starts so far this year. Chasing debutant Kings Folly represents last year's winning yard and makes more appeal than Quick Brew.
