Verdict
Kilkenny All Star has been below his best so far this term but The Cockney Squire may have more to offer after getting off the mark over the larger obstacles over C&D three weeks ago. Carrietau would have a chance on his best form and Bene Lad has gone close on a couple of occasions and is at the right end of the handicap. Ardnaclancy has been placed in a couple of hunter chases around here but let's take a chance on BISHOPS HEIR. He looked a very smart prospect after winning twice over hurdles here earlier in his career but something was clearly amiss last season as he was tailed off when pulled up on his only start at Carlisle. James Ewart's six-year-old still has time on his side and could be very well handicapped on his chasing bow.
