MAGGIO won this last year and may have been primed for another crack as his two victories have come on the track. He ran well for a long way at Hexham on Friday and should be spot on. Bright Abbey is a real threat having scored at Sedgefield on Tuesday though this looks tougher. Our Joey won two bumpers and ploughed through the mud to land a novice hurdler here in January so if the ground turned soft he would have to be considered.
