Strong Team won this last year and Calliope 12 months earlier and both race off much lower handicap marks. However, neither have pulled up any trees so far this term. Charle Brune hasn’t won in more than three years but probably has place claims along with Old Jewry, who won off a 7lb higher mark at Carlisle at the start of the year. GENEVER DRAGON is only 1-30 in career starts but has shown some improvement lately and this won’t take much winning.
