In depth
Formwatch
Whatadeal twice a winner this term and put up a fair effort when scoring last time out; likely to go close once again
Bruan (IRE) showed a good deal of promise on debut in Aintree bumper looking as if the run would bring him on; market may provide a fair guide to his chances today
Guid Willie Waught (IRE) needed the outing when down the field here in October but had previously showed promise and was well supported for a Huntingdon maiden hurdle; each-way possibilities
Lauderdale hasn't progressed from debut effort and is easily opposed today
Lights On no show on debut in Aintree bumper (finished some way behind Bruan) and likely to be better for this first sighter over hurdles
Native Affair (IRE) hadn't seemed to prgress from fair bumper form until recent outing when a never nearer 5th at Aintree, a run which incurred the wrath of the stewards who suspended his rider for seven days and the horse for thirty days: very interesting to see how he performs today - stable in cracking form
Roccy Raccoon (IRE) no show in three outings; hard to enthuse about
Telemoss (IRE) fine effort latest when chasing home Direct Access at Ayr; sure to go well but drop back in trip something of a concern
Westmeath Flyer has been a touch unlucky in running second against decent rivals all starts to date (including Cheltenham Bumper fancy The Bajan Bandit): looks to have been found a good opportunity and should take the beating
Maid To Talk very modest performer who appears outclassed today
Mandy's Run (IRE) NH bred debutant who will almost certainly come on for the experience
Pharletta (IRE) bits and pieces of form but overall picture doesn't augur too well against today's rivals
