Verdict
Road To Gold found only an in-form mare too strong over course and distance nine days ago but this might come too soon. GERONIMO (NAP) left previous form behind when only giving best on the run-in over a longer trip at Carlisle. Though raised 3lb for that, Alex Chadwick claims 7lb again and the shorter distance might suit - he is having only his fourth career start. Chicoria scrambled home at Ayr last time but is 4lb higher and looks held by the selection on collateral form. Tomkevi is back in the right grade but probably better over further nowadays.
