Verdict
There is a slight doubt over SHANEN's stamina as he was pulled up over 3m1f at Ayr in March but we'll give him the benefit of the doubt as his earlier form over shorter suggests he'll be too good for these. Pauline Robson's gelding gets 7lb from Perth winner Mysteree but the latter, who is improving, looks the main danger as he should easily confirm recent running with Mister D. Kilgefin Star won a weak-looking maiden point-to-point at Necarne in May but was well beaten on his hurdling debut at Wexford and is nothing special.
