In depth
Verdict
The same ideals apply here as to the opening division of this bumper and with bottomless ground likely to find out many of the debutantes we take Touch Of Irish to know his job well enough to score, while Castle Craigs can go well and Of Course can put his experience to good use and claim some more money. Touch Of Irish comes from the yard of Alan Swinbank, a specialist in this sphere, and one who gets them ready to win first time out on a regular basis. He may already have one in the plus column from the previous division by the time we get to this stage of the card, and there is no reason why this five-year-old can¿t help him to a double. Castle Craigs is from another yard whose bumper runners always merit respect and who are going well with everything they send out at present, so a bold bid is anticipated. Little else appeals, save for Of Course. He has run well enough twice in defeat now but has it to prove on this ground despite his experience and we are happy to stick with Touch Of Irish to do the business.
