BRETNEY is still 5lb higher than when scoring at Bangor last season, where Conquredalofeurope was beaten when unseating his rider, and he is a bit of an enigma but he stays well in general and led for a long way on his reappearance at Ludlow. Without Conviction has run a couple of decent races behind Hidden Commander, who contests the previous race, since returning from a break but has not won here in six previous attempts whereas stable companion Camp Belan is 3lb lower than when landing this 12 months ago. None of the others can be ruled out in a tricky finale.
