In depth

Verdict

American Patrol carries 6lb extra for winning over 7f at Wolverhampton last week but earlier attempts at a mile were less than convincing. Log Off has shown improved form on the Fibresand at Southwell and won a maiden race last month while DANGEROUS ENDS came good in a handicap over course and distance. Brett Johnson’s charge beat Beauchamp Opal and Too Many Shots in the process and should go close again with Shiloh one to keep an eye on now handicapping.
