Absinthe returns to action 9lb higher than his last win, while Point North is upped in class and trip after scoring over a mile here three weeks ago. Franco Is My Name and Sweet Origin cannot be easily dismissed dropping down in grade and the lightly-raced Heddwyn could figure on his return, but the vote in a competitive contest goes to CONSTANT CONTACT. Andrew Balding's frontrunner made an encouraging comeback when second at Goodwood last month having been off the track since July and, if allowed an easy lead here, Jimmy Fortune may just catch his main rivals off-guard.
