Verdict
Balducci was rated 100 when scoring at Newmarket last summer but he hasn't shown much subsequently and was beaten in a similar race at Newbury last time. He's the pick on official ratings but doesn't look one to trust and MR DAVID may have his measure. Jamie Osborne's six-year-old won a Wolverhampton claimer in September and a handicap here a month later and he's generally consistent at a higher level than this. He holds Ocean Legend on their latest run on this track but Capaill Liath has been a regular in these races for some time and won one at Wolverhampton in October. He only just failed against Four Winds at Lingfield last week and should get competitive.
