        Verdict

        THE YOUNG MASTER has shot up 27lb since gaining the first of his three recent hurdles victories and 5lb on the Flat for his success over this trip at Southwell when Ice Apple was 13 lengths behind. It will be a surprise if he's finished winning just yet. Opus has been running quite well without managing to get there and is still a maiden after 15 starts. The veteran staying hurdler Go Amwell, who is having his 100th race, is no stranger to success on Polytrack, though we have to go back to 2007 to find his last victory on the surface. Magicalmysterytour hasn't won since 2010 and has just returned from a very long break.
