      Verdict

Noah Jameel, Citron Presse, Mixing and Check Up make the shortlist in a trappy finale and the vote is given to CHECK UP. The selection disappointed last time but he was reported to have suffered interference that day, so we are prepared to forgive that below-par run. He had previously been in good order and from a good draw he can get back to winning ways. Noah Jameel arrives here in decent form and he is a course and distance winner, but from his low draw he will need to be produced from off the pace and at the forecast odds he looks one to take on. Citron Presse has a bit to prove at present but she is lightly-raced and she hails from a top yard so it would be foolish to dismiss her claims too readily. Mixing is consistent and he looks a decent each-way bet, but he has a poor strike-rate and he hasn't managed to get his head in front since January. Oasis Sun has gone well here in the past so he is another to consider, but a safer bet looks to be Check Up who is forwarded as the pick.
