      Verdict

      STARFIGHTER (NAP) was sent off favourite at Lingfield on his reappearance and debut on the all-weather but found one too good. He’ll be sharper today and first-time headgear should also bring improvement. Sea Sculpture remains unexposed and is another likely to have benefitted for a recent outing. He can figure for Andrew Balding’s in-form yard while Desert Friend is another with scope but hasn’t raced since August. Ilhabela Fact has done all his winning here and looks best of the rest now back on a winning mark.
