Verdict
Up In Lights made a winning start at Nottingham in June and is the least exposed while Ready won a lower grade race at Wolverhampton and Windy Citi went close in a Class 5 contest here. But MAN OF HARLECH has been competing in tougher handicaps than this and, after a close-up fourth at Sandown, he gets the vote to come good again. Dual Polytrack winner Rain Wind And Fire was a big disappointment at Newmarket on his handicap bow while Golden Emerald makes a belated seasonal debut, though has a shout on last year's form.
