There's probably more quantity than quality in this as top weight Last Shadow couldn't follow up his Uttoxeter win at Exeter last month and is a pound higher here. Johns Luck may have had enough for the time being judged on his run at Huntingdon but Hurricane Vic ran well for second over course and distance two runs ago and could play a part. Gamain may also be capable of better as he didn't appear to get home at Fakenham last time having travelled strongly for much of the race. WELL REWARDED (NAP) departed early on at Doncaster last month but had shown promise in a couple of earlier starts at Taunton and Wincanton.
