Verdict
Sir Boss had Takeitfromalady back in fourth when scoring over track and trip in June. But he's 8lb higher today and has a tougher task than English Summer, who won off today's mark over 1m4f here in back in January. Standpoint's winning run came to end at Salisbury last time but he was having his fifth start in three weeks on that occasion. Better is expected from Conor Dore's charge after a short-break but the vote goes to MANOMINE. The Yarmouth winner is re-united with winning partner Lauren Haigh for this and her 5lb claim allows him to race off a lower mark than when second at Doncaster last time.
