Verdict
The front-running Cautious Optimism has found one too good over 6f on his last three starts now and this extra furlong is not sure to suit. BLUE HUMOR never threatened on his first attempt at 7f but that was in a Class 4 handicap at Newmarket and Kevin Ryan's charge should make a bold bid back in this company. Impressive Day is the first foal of a winner on the all-weather and the other Godolphin runner, Loneos, is a half-brother to a course and distance winner. Carry Me Home is another newcomer to note but Himalayan Queen can boast seven winning relatives and makes more appeal.
