In depth

Verdict

Rock Fever, Midmaar and Katie Killane look the three form horses here and we will side with the last named. Rock Fever and Katie Killane met at Wolverhampton recently, with Rock Fever coming out on top by half a length. The runner up is six pounds better off this afternoon and that should easily be enough to reverse the running. Midmaar drops to five furlongs for the first time in three years but has been showing plenty of pace in his recent races. He finished an excellent second behind Grand View at Wolverhampton last time out and a repeat of that effort should see him in the shake up. The old-timer Legal Set would murder these at his best and he does still have plenty of ability, he looks the best of the remainder. All in all a very weak affair and Katie Killane could be good enough to land the spoils.
