Verdict

All have a decent chance in an undeniably open race. Lilly Pedlar and Get The Appeal represent top yards but are hard to assess making their respective chasing debuts, whilst Alpha Carinae is also a first-timer over the larger obstacles for a yard in outstanding form. Born In Borris pulled up when last seen in January so a watching brief is advised and Hawthorn Cottage probably needs to improve on her chasing runs to date. The same is probably applicable to LOST IN MONTMARTRE too, but she does receive plenty of weight all round, has fitness and chasing experience on her side and a 4lb rise for her October win is acceptable. She's a value option.
