Verdict

SHERIFFMUIR has returned a losing favourite the last twice now but was beaten only a neck by a lesser-fancied stablemate over track and trip last time. The Gosden colt gets another chance and should make no mistake this time in what looks a weak contest. Bridgewater Bay never threatened when third at Wolverhampton on his introduction but that’s still stronger form than the rest with racecourse experience while the Everymananempror won’t need to be anything special to get involved on his debut.
