        Verdict

        The newcomers Striking Eyes and Sofias Number One are worth noting for the future. In contrast, Buddy Miracle and Greenhead High seem to be treading water at present with no recent signs of improvement to point to. RAMBO WILL was always fighting a losing battle from a wide draw over C&D last time and his early effort to get a good position behind the leaders cost him in the latter stages. He should be able to settle better from a more a favourable draw here and John Jenkins' colt gets the vote.
