Verdict

New Shepard will need to show further progress in this grade having won a Class 6 contest over a longer trip here last time. Amanda Hug'n'kiss makes more appeal back handicapping having landed a novices race at Wolverhampton but SYDNEY STREET (NAP) gets the vote. The latter beat a Godolphin favourite with the rest nowhere when successful over course and distance last month and Hugo Palmer’s charge can defy a rise in the weights. Poet returned a beaten favourite over 6f at Southwell though is still preferred of the remainder attempting today’s trip for the first time.
