Verdict
Archie Watson trained last year’s inaugural winner but Cafe Espresso will find this tougher than the seller she won at Lingfield and steps up in trip along with the rest of the field. Sapa Inca should appreciate the longer distance on her return having finished thereabouts without threatening last year but a chance is taken on WANAASAH. She struggled in a higher grade last time when dropped back to a mile but Dave Loughnane’s filly was beaten only a head over 1m2f before that and gets the nod on that form. Navadir has also placed over 1m2f while Little India and Mrs Meader go handicapping for the first time.
