      Verdict

The Cruising Lord has slid down the weights though looks no nearer winning but El Hombre and Top Breeze are both back on winning marks with preference for the former. Last Surprise won in Dubai early in the year and Diamond Dougal debuts on the all-weather while Love Powerful has won twice on Turf this summer and drops back down in class for this. But MAY SONIC looked a progressive sprinter when returning a clear winner at Windsor last month and Charlie Hills’ charge is taken to defy a 6lb rise and go in again.
