        Verdict

        Ejabah and Phalaborwa have shown nothing to suggest they will be winning soon. Of the newcomers, Lady Hester, Margherita and Tremendous are all worth noting for any support in the betting given their connections but LUMINOUS gets the nod. Simon Crisford’s filly is a sister to the Listed winner Lustrous and a half-sister to Group 3 winner Melody Of Love and may well be up to making a winning start. Newt is bred for middle-distances and Kitty Boo and First Dance are others to keep an eye on for future reference.
