    Verdict

    Viking Ruby is hard to fancy on her three efforts to date so this does appear a match between her two rivals. Prophets Prayer landed a Southwell bumper on her second start last October but has yet to confirm that promise in either start over timber whereas BARBADOS BLUE (NAP) has shaped really well since landing her Warwick bumper around a year ago. Her two hurdling assignments have see her finish runner-up on both occasions and her latest effort - an excellent second to the useful Birds Of Prey at Taunton - sets a very strong standard here for De Boinville and Henderson.
