In depth

Verdict

Bonnie Prince Blue has gone backwards since winning over course and distance last month and so we will pass him over and side with His Master's Voice ahead of Raza Cab. The selection has been steadily rising up the weights for running well in defeat which isn't ideal, however David Arbuthnot's colt is only two pounds above his highest winning mark and is at home on the all-weather. He ran well on his only start here and now over his best trip of seven furlongs, he can win again. Resplendent Nova is of interest now back on the all-weather over this trip, however he still looks a tad high in the weights. Landucci should have come on for his recent outing and has place claims, along with Raza Cab who has won 5 of his 15 starts on the all-weather. Josh and Sailor King both have ability and the latter looks a danger under Jim Crowley, however His Master's Voice is ultra-consistent and get his reward today.
