        Verdict

        DARK OASIS is the selection to land this nursery after an excellent effort on his handicap debut behind Silent Hero, who despite been value for more than the official winning distance, was pushed all the way by Dark Oasis with both of them drawing well clear of the remainder. Kevin Ryan's charge shaped as though a step up to a mile would be ideal. Dangers to the selection could well turn out to be Hold The Bucks and Extremely So. Hold The Bucks left behind two disappointing efforts to finish second behind Bright Enough. The winner has flown by the time Hold The Bucks had got into full gear, however his ability to see out a truly run mile is open to question. Extremely So is closely matched with Hold The Bucks after their clash over the course last time. Richard Hannon saddles a couple in the field and Redhead would have chances if returning to something like his old form. Dark Oasis is given the vote to land this nursery.
