Verdict

Midnight Cowboy made a promising start when runner-up at Kempton last month while Rob Robin and Norman The Red should also have come on for their introductory efforts. Nicky Henderson has won two of the three previous renewals so any strong support for Wincanton fourth William Henry could prove significant. But PAWN STAR also made a decent start despite not threatening the winner at Ascot last month and Emma Lavelle's charge should find this easier. Mingalabar is a half-brother to a bumper and hurdles winner and may prove best of the newcomers.
