He won't win any prizes for style but FUZZY CAT's technique is effective and he has the vote in a tight opening handicap with Boho Chic and Kyllachy Strom also on the list. With a decent strike rate on the all-weather the pick idled when he got to the front last time but despite an awkward head-carriage still managed to cling on for victory. He does have to be delivered late so will need luck in running but he still should be able to mount a bold bid off this revised mark. Boho Chic has been on form and has a 50% strike rate over this trip. He was a course and distance winner on his penultimate start and although up to at least that form last time the handicapper has seen it fit to raise his mark despite defeat. Kyllachy Storm should be seen too much better effect than on his last run, when looking high in the weights on his return to turf, now back off his all-weather mark. Charles Darwin is another who has gone up in the weights despite finding one to good last time but he could build on that while Bobs Dreamflight looked much improved on his last run and would have a shout if in the mood again. A tricky race to start with but we just go for Fuzzy Cat.
