Verdict

Potters Sapphire had found only one too good at Market Rasen before floundering in testing going at Fontwell last time. She could go well on this faster surface but QUEEN’S MAGIC is preferred. The latter is a half-sister to the decent winning hurdler and chaser Bold Sir Brian and Neil Mulholland’s bumper winner gets the nod to make a winning start over timber. Point-to-point winner Massini's Dream also makes his hurdling debut and is preferred of the remainder with Richard Johnson doing the steering.
