In depth

Verdict

Desert Strike has done his recent winning over the minimum trip, including his latest win at Wolverhampton earlier this month, and STEVIE GEE makes more appeal. He could only manage fourth over 7f at Lingfield on Friday but had Lutine Charlie well behind when scoring over today's distance at the same track before that so gets the nod. Zip Lock has the past form to figure but is too inconsistent to trust, while dual 6f winner Speedfit Girl had just the one run last year and that was back in April.
