In depth

Verdict

Alfie Tupper returned to winning ways at Wolverhampton last time out and can follow up this this afternoon, Ile Michel and Green Meadow could provide most danger. Sylvester Kirk's charge was stepped up to nine furlongs in that contest and it did the trick as he stayed on well to beat Ardmaddy. The extra furlong today shouldn't be a problem and he looks the best option. Ile Michel was an impressive winner at Lingfield back in June and looked in need of a recent run out at Nottingham. He still looks on a decent mark and should be involved in the finish. Greenmeadow is a stable companion of the selection and should go well if repeating last month's Lingfield form over this longer trip. The best of the rest could be And Again, but Alfie Tupper looks the one to follow now he has remembered how to win.
