Verdict

Hard to be confident with so many having decent claims but a tentative vote goes to COOL HAND JAKE. He's gone close to ending his long losing run on a couple of occasions recently, including when third over C&D last time, and today could be his day. Mountrath is upped 5lb for his recent victory over track and trip but should still be thereabouts with an apprentice easing his burden, while Al Aqabah scored over 7f here last time and keeps finding a bit more improvement. Sweet Secret and Daffydowndilly are not out of this, but Lockantanks and Catchanova look high enough in the weights now.
