Those with experience make little appeal though Twilight Bay showed some improvement here last time. A couple of the newcomers are related to winners in South Africa including Punda Maria and DUCAL CROWN. But the latter’s dam won a Group 1 race at Scottsville and Andrew Balding’s filly may prove the one to side with. Gia Darling is another to note representing the Gosdens’ yard while Makarova’s half-sister won as a two-year-old and Lady Madonna is related to a couple of winners.
