      Verdict

      None of these inspire much confidence so PEARL NOIR gets only a token vote having been placed on a couple of occasions since scoring over track and trip in December. Captain Whoosh went close at Wolverhampton in between a couple of distinctly modest efforts while Drawnfromthepast does his winning in plating company nowadays and has not raced since May. Pharoh Jake pops-up when the mood takes him while Burnt Cream won over 5f at Lingfield last month but has been well beaten in a couple of subsequent starts.
