        Verdict

        Bajan Bear and Rigolleto are closely matched on recent running but both look stuck on their present marks. Iceblast should do better dropping back to today's trip though he remains 6lb higher than when scoring at Wolverhampton in November. Invigilator wasn't beaten far despite finishing only fifth on his latest start and Avonmore Star finally showed some improvement when third at Lingfield last time. RAY OF JOY can be forgiven her latest poor effort on the Fibresand as she was beaten only a length over track and trip before that and gets the nod in this.
