    Verdict

SAGESSE is a sister to a French 1m2f winner and half-sister to numerous winners, most of them useful. She looked in need of a stiffer test on her debut over 1m1f at Wolverhampton and can improve enough to take this. Avidly was twice a beaten favourite in France before a fine debut run for Julia Fielden at Lingfield where she was given plenty to do. Conserve was just behind and, as she has had more experience, is unlikely to turn the tables though first-time blinkers should help. The jumper Teenage Dream needs much further than this.
