    Verdict

Slow going may have been an excuse for Betweenthesticks running below par at Brighton having placed on several occasions before that. He steps up in trip along with BELLAZZO, who was still racing in last over 6f at Windsor a couple of furlongs from home before making up lots of late ground. He gets the nod with an apprentice’s allowance helping his cause. Hurtle is another likely to improve while Hadley Park is a brother to a winning sprinter in France and King Of Ithaca is related to three winners on the all-weather.
