Verdict
This could well be a decent event as most of the big yards are represented. Aljazeera, who shaped with promise on her debut, looks to face a stiffer task here and Richard Hills' prefers Majhud, who looked a sure fire future winner after her sound first effort, in what looked a hot maiden at Newmarket. That form has been franked by both the runner-up and the fourth and she looks the one to beat. Sir Michael Stoute runs three here of which the best could be Mananiyya, who is a half-sister to the top class Manndar. Cryptogam, a half-sister to Javelin may do better with a stiffer test, while Danish Pan, who comes from the same family as the high class Pilsudski, must be noted if the market speaks in her favour.
