Verdict

Chookie Royale bounced back to form with an easy win at Musselburgh last week but has a tougher task under a penalty. MR DAVID is upped 5lb for his recent win over track and trip but won with a bit to spare and gets the speculative vote in a wide-open handicap. Palace Moon is not out of this off his current mark while a case can be made for both of Amanda Perrett's runners, Head Of Steam and Sir Mike. Future Reference is only 3lb higher than last month's win over course and distance and is just preferred to Kakatosi and Lunar Diety of the others.
