Verdict

Several carry penalties though conditionals' allowances help the cause of both Red Windsor and Alien Storm. But RUSSIAN RULER returns to this level having won a handicap at Newbury on his second start after wind surgery and it could pay to stick with Nicky Henderson’s charge. Odin's Quest landed a maiden hurdle at Wincanton recently but Marley Head was let down by his jumping on his hurdling bow and fellow four-year-old Kitesurfer debuts for a new yard having won over hurdles in France last year.
