Verdict

PIPERS PIPING is the confident selection in this handicap despite carrying a 12lbs penalty for back to back scores and with a lack of competition Diane's Choice might be value for the places while Dualagi is looking well weighted these days. In a purple patch at the moment the selection has set up this hat-trick bid by following an easy victory over Misterisland with a narrow success in front Towy Boy. This race looks a slightly easier assignment and it could be he's still ahead of the assessor. Diane's Choice is a twice winner at this track and is just three pounds above her last winning mark. Her last run was better than the bare result suggested and despite rise in the weights for that she can be a leading player. Dualagi is now below the rating she last carried to success. There's obviously a negative reason for that but as intimated this isn't a great race and she has an obvious chance. Eager To Bow was much improved last time and can figure if building on that while Metropolitan Chief and Diddums have frame claims under their current burdens. A weak looking contest which gives us further hope of a Pipers Piping success.
