ELEGANT CHARM has improved with every start and finished behind a subsequent winner when fourth over track and trip. Charlie Appleby’s filly can improve further now handicapping with an apprentice taking 3lb off her back. Aira Force won at Leicester recently while Pending Appeal scored at Nottingham but Royal Mariner ran below par at Chelmsford attempting to land a hat-trick.
