Verdict

Coiste Bodhar was doing his best work at the finish over 6f here last week and this shorter trip is not sure to suit. In contrast, Anfield barely gets home over the minimum trip so a chance is taken on GENTLEMEN. He faded in the closing stages over 6f at this track on his debut but looks the most likely to appreciate today's distance and gets a speculative vote. The newcomers are nothing out of the ordinary on breeding with National Service perhaps proving best of them.
