Busby won over 6f here before finding Full Intention too good over course and distance. The latter has switched yards subsequently while Strawberry Jack will need to improve further penalised for last week’s success at Chelmsford. Alhakmah look no nearer winning a handicap, despite slipping down the weights, but HADDAF was beaten only a length over track and trip recently. He finished in front of both Mendoza and Fuwairt on that occasion and a good run from the winner Stringybark Creek earlier on the card would boost confidence. Ocean Paradise drops down in class and may prove best of the rest.
