In depth

Verdict

Harry Hunt will struggle to keep tabs on a couple of potentially top-class novices here with PEDDLERS CROSS fancied to keep his unbeaten record over fences intact at the expense of the equally promising Sprinter Sacre. Last season's Champion Hurdle second has been very impressive in his two runs over the larger obstacles to date and beat another well-regarded Nicky Henderson novice in Minella Class at Bangor last time with a degree of comfort. Sprinter Sacre did everything asked of him when beating modest opposition at Doncaster but will have to find a fair bit more to get the better of the selection here.
